Cancellation Policy

Please acknowledge that any cancellation for participation fees already settled after February 15th, 2009 will not be refunded.

For cancellations (of participation fees already settled) before February 15th, 2009, only 75% of the participation fees will be refunded.

Accommodation

The Muhanna Foundation has a block of rooms guaranteed for the conference participants as of March 1st. However, they will be allocated on first come first serve basis.
